When I came to this company several years ago, there were three stand-alone PCs. When we grew to our present size of eight people with nine PCs, management decided that a network was necessary. I was assigned to find a vendor and network. Near the end of my search, one of my finalists to interview was Pinpoint Systems. Of the five proposals that I received, theirs appeared to be the simplest and cost effective. Their equipment recommendations were brand name (Hewlett Packard, APC, Sophos), the strategy for managing nightly backups was simple, and their pricing for anticipated monthly maintenance was entirely reasonable.
Since starting to work with Pinpoint Systems in 2011, we have had no experience with computer viruses, phone calls are returned within the hour, and if our need requires an onsite visit they usually show up within four hours. If the problem can be fixed remotely, it’s probably done within two hours. IT is not an issue at our office. Generally, it goes unnoticed. I’ve never looked back on the decision to team up with Pinpoint Systems.
